Nuts About You Shake

We’re head over heels for this gorgeous green smoothie. It blends leafy kale with crunchy peanuts, velvety banana and sweet raisins, whizzing them with dairy free mylk to make creamy a drink we think you’ll go nuts for too.

Ingredients you'll need
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 1 banana
- 35g peanuts
- 25g raisins
- 330ml dairy free whole mylk
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
You'll need
- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way
- 1.
Tuck the baby leaf spinach into your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Tip in the raisins and the peanuts.

Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till smooth and creamy. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
