Peel your lime. Juice it along with the apples. For a smoothie, pour this juice into your blender (or use a hand blender) and whizz with the banana, mint and blueberries. Or just feed everything through your juicer.
TIP: For a thicker smoothie, peel, chop and freeze your bananas the night before making. The frozen banana hunks are great for giving a creamy, thick finish to your smoothie.
