- 1 mango
- 1 lemon
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 330ml tiger nut drink

Step by step this way

Peel the mango and carefully slice the flesh of the stone. Juice half the lemon. Add the mango and lemon juice to your blender and tuck in the baby leaf spinach. Add a small pinch of cayenne pepper – it’s spicy, so use a little to start with.

Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes and blitz smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
