  • 4 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • A handful of rosemary

    The skin of cucumber is high in silicon compounds, which improve the condition of skin, nails and hair.

    1. Feed the cucumber and apples into your juicer. Zest and juice your lemon and swirl that through. 2. Put the rosemary sprigs into your juice and leave to infuse for a few mins. Serve over ice.
