Ingredients you'll need
  • 50g kale
  • 1 lime
  • 2 apples
  • A thumb of ginger
  • A handful of mint, leaves only
  • 250ml hazelnut drink

Step by step this way

    Strip the kale leaves from the woody cores and discard the cores. Peel the lime and roughly chop it. Quarter the apples and remove the cores (leave the peel on). Chop the apples into small chunks. Finely chop the ginger (no need to peel). Pick the mint leaves from their stalks.

    Tip everything into your blender. Add the hazelnut drink and a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth and serve.
