Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 20g oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 330ml tiger nut drink

  • A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

    Slice the apples into quarters and cut out their cores. Pop the apple pieces into your blender. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach. Add the oats and 1 tbsp peanut butter.

    Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink (save the rest of the carton for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
