- 2 large handfuls of baby leaf spinach
- 4 apples
- A handful of parsley
- 1 lemon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
Roughly chop everything and feed through your juicer. (You can juice the whole lemon, peel and all, to take advantage of the fruit’s full goodness, or at the end squeeze a bit of juice in by hand.) Swirl or shake in a pinch of cayenne and off you go.
