Ingredients you'll need
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 lime
- 2 blood oranges
- 1 cucumber
- 100g baby leaf spinach
From your kitchen
- A large cupful of ice
- Water (optional)
Step by step this way

Slice the skin and white pith from the grapefruit and lime. Roughly chop the flesh. Finely grate the zest from the oranges then slice off the skin from those, too. Roughly chop the flesh. Cut the cucumber into small chunks.

Place everything into a blender with the baby leaf spinach. Add a large cupful of ice and whizz. Trickle in some water to achieve your desired consistency.
