Gingered Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 4 kiwi fruit
- 100g baby leaf spinach
- A thumb of ginger
- 2 pears

- 2 cupfuls ice
Step by step this way

Halve the kiwis. Using a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh in the same way you would with a boiled egg. Quarter the pears and slice out the core. Roughly chop. Peel and thinly slice the ginger. Roughly chop the spinach. Add to the blender with a couple of cupfuls of ice. Blitz till smooth and green.
