Chocolate, Blueberry & Cashew Shake

A berry nice shake indeed, mixing velvety-sweet bananas with the delicate fruity tang of fresh blueberries and a nutty handful of cashews, blended with an indulgent cocoa kick from rich, dairy-free chocolate mylk to make a pleasingly thick, creamy smoothie.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 125g blueberries
- 35g cashews
- 330ml dairy free chocolate mylk

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Tip in the blueberries and the cashews.

Pour the dairy free chocolate mylk into the blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till creamy and smooth. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
- Tip
A nice long soak
If you have time, soak the cashews overnight in a bowl of cold water, then drain them and add them to your smoothie following the recipe. Soaks them makes them easier to blend and may make them easier to digest.
