Carrot Granola Shake

This brilliant breakfast shake is stuffed with organic goodies that will give you your get-up-and-go, like sweet vitamin-rich carrots, sharp dried apricots, a warming pinch of cinnamon and a hearty handful of oats, all blitzed together with creamy hazelnut drink.

Ingredients you'll need
- 3 carrots
- 1 banana
- 20g oats
- 50g dried apricots
- A pinch or two of cinnamon
- 250ml hazelnut drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Scrub the carrots and trim off the ends. Cut the carrots into small pieces and pop them in your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Tip in the oats. Roughly chop the dried apricots and add them, along with a generous pinch of cinnamon.

Pour the hazelnut drink into the blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and blitz till smooth. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve, dusted with a little extra cinnamon.
