Ingredients you'll need
- 1 avocado
- 250ml kefir
- 25g sunflower seeds
- A thumb of ginger
- A handful of mint, leaves only

Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh out into your blender. Pour in the kefir and tip in the sunflower seeds. Add a few slices of ginger (as much or as little as your prefer) and tuck in the mint leaves.
