Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the apples and add them to your blender. Finely shred the kale, discarding any really thick or dry stems. Trim the courgette and roughly chop it. Add both to the blender.
Finely grate in the zest from the lime and squeeze in the juice from 1 half. Tip in the sesame seeds and add a few ice cubes. Pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week). Blitz till smooth. Pour into a couple of glasses, squeeze in a little more lime juice if you like, and serve.
