                    Ingredients you'll need
                - 750g carrots
 - 1½kg new potatoes
 - 450g onions
 - 600g snow peas
 
Step by step this way
                    - 1.
Snow peas are a quick summer veg that are great with chicken. Toss them in a frying pan with a chunk of butter and splash of oil. Fry for a few mins till tender but still with some bite. Serve with the buttery pan juices.
 - 2.
New potatoes are easy to roast. Simply scrub, chop into equal-sized chunks then add to a hot roasting tin with a splash of oil and some salt and pepper. Roast for around 40 mins. Finish with a handful of fresh chopped herbs.
