Think Pink & Drink

This wonderfully refreshing, deliciously fruity and perfectly pink smoothie whizzes sweet melon with tangy raspberries, and swirls in a good splash of our new tiger nut milk drink. (Is not stripy, does not say ‘rawr’, does provide a tasty alternative to dairy.)

Ingredients you'll need
- ½ melon
- 125g raspberries
- 330ml tiger nut drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Halve the melon, scoop out the seeds from the 1 half and then scoop the flesh out of the skin. Add the melon to the blender and tip in the raspberries.

Pour in 330ml tiger nut drink and add a few ice cubes. Blitz for 1-2 mins till smooth and combined. Pour into glasses and serve straight away.

Melon heaven
If you have a big blender you can use all the melon in this smoothie, although this will affect the nutritional information. The leftover melon will keep in your fridge for a few days, or you can scoop the flesh out of its skin, chop it into chunks and freeze it, ready for adding to more smoothies.
