Ingredients you'll need
- A 200g bag of spinach
- 4 apples
- A thumb of ginger
- 1 lime

Peel the ginger. Roughly chop everything and feed it through your juicer. You can juice the whole lime, skin and all. Or, if you prefer a more delicate flavour, simply squeeze in a little lime juice at the end.
