Sweet Berry Swirl

Tangy summer blueberries are blitzed with refreshing cucumber, creamy bananas and the fudginess of sticky Medjool dates to make a sippable sweet summer treat.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 short cucumber
- 2 bananas
- 125g blueberries
- 2 medjool dates
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
- 250ml cold water
Step by step this way

Trim the ends off the cucumber and peel the skin (the skin on short cucumbers can be bitter). Roughly chop the cucumber and pop it into your blender. Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Tip in the blueberries.

Use your thumb to squash the Medjool dates and pull away the stones. Finely chop the dates and add them to the blender.

Drop in the ice cubes and pour in 250ml cold water. Blitz, pour into glasses and serve.
