- 1 avocado
- 330ml almond milk
- 25g pumpkin seeds
- A large handful of flat leaf parsley
- 1 lemon
- A cupful of ice
Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh out into your blender. Add the zest and juice of the lemon to your blender along with the pumpkin seeds and parsley.
Pour in the almond milk and add a cupful of ice. Blend till smooth.
Ripe & ready
When you unpack your box, pop the avocado in a bowl or paper bag with the bananas we’ve sent you. This will help ripen the avocado up so it’s ready for blending.
