Ingredients you'll need
  • 250g strawberries
  • 1 lime
  • 125g coconut yogurt
  • A handful of mint, leaves only
From your kitchen
  • A large cupful of ice
  • Water (optional)
Step by step this way

    Pull the stems and leaves from the strawberries and pop the berries into your blender. Zest and juice in the lime. Add the coconut yogurt and mint leaves. Add a cupful of ice and whizz till smooth. If it's too thick, add a little water and blitz again.
