- 4 pears
- 2 large handfuls of baby leaf spinach
- A thumb of ginger
Step by step this way

Peel and core the pears. Chop into small pieces. Peel and chop the ginger. Add to a high speed blender with the spinach and a cupful of water. Blitz till smooth, adding more water to get the consistency you want.
