Ingredients you'll need
- 2 large handfuls of rocket
- 1 pineapple
- A 25g bag of pumpkin seeds

- 250ml cold water
Step by step this way
Add the pumpkin seeds. Blitz in a food processor. As you blend, trickle in 250ml cold water or enough to give the consistency you want.
Carve the spiky skin from your pineapple. Roughly chop. Pop in a blender with the rocket.
