                    Tart seasonal rhubarb shakes it up with sweet banana, chewy raisins and a nutty handful of flax seeds in this perfectly pink creamy drink, whizzed with dairy-free brown rice drink for smooth sipping.

            Ingredients you'll need
                - 2 rhubarb sticks
 - 2 bananas
 - 25g raisins
 - 15g flax seeds
 - 330ml brown rice drink
 
From your kitchen
                    - A few ice cubes
 
You'll need
                    - Blender
 - Measuring jug
 
Step by step this way
                    - 1.
Trim the dry ends off the rhubarb sticks. Finely chop the rhubarb and add it to your blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Tip in the raisins.
 - 2.
Tip in the flax seeds and pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week). Add a few ice cubes then blend till smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
