Trim the dry ends off the rhubarb sticks. Finely chop the rhubarb and add it to your blender. Peel and break in the bananas. Tip in the raisins.
Tip in the flax seeds and pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week). Add a few ice cubes then blend till smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
