Raspberry & Mango Ripple

We’re after something fresh and fruity this morning, thank you berry much – and this juicy smoothie is just the thing, starring tart, seasonal Spanish raspberries and our exotic organic mango, whizzed with dairy free tiger nut drink to make a bright smoothie rippling with flavour.

Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- 125g raspberries
- 330ml tiger nut drink

- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Slice the fat cheeks off the mango stone. Slice the narrower sides off the mango stone. Slice the mango flesh off the skin and roughly chop it. Pop all the mango flesh into your blender.

Tip in the raspberries. Give the carton of tiger nut drink a gentle shake, then pour in 330ml (save the remaining tiger nut drink for the other recipes in this week’s box). Add a few ice cubes and blitz for a few mins till smooth.
