Ingredients you'll need
- 1 pineapple
- 100g spinach
- 200ml coconut milk
Step by step this way

Slice the skin from the pineapple and cut the flesh into small chunks. Place in a blender with the spinach and coconut milk. Blend, adding iced water to thin if necessary. Serve over ice.
