Pear & Blueberry Thick Shake

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 pears
- 1 banana
- 125g blueberries
- 150g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
- 150ml cold water
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

Quarter the pears, slice out the seeds and core and then roughly chop the pears. Scoop them into your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Tip in the blueberries.

Spoon in the Greek style yogurt. Pour in 150ml cold water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth and combined, trickling in a little more water if it seems too thick for you. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
