Treat your taste buds to a double-hit of tanginess with this technicolour treat, made with sharp oranges and tart raspberries, whizzed with sweet banana for a swirl of creaminess, and birch water for hydration.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 banana
  • 2 oranges
  • 125g raspberries
  • 250ml birch water

  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way

    Peel the banana and break it into your blender. Use a small, sharp knife to slice the skin and white pith off the oranges. Slice the orange segments out of their papery skins and add the sweet orange flesh to the blender. Squeeze the papery membranes over the blender to wring out any remaining juice.

    Tip in the raspberries, pour in the birch water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz for a few mins till smooth and combined. Serve straight away.
