Oat You're So Fruity Smoothie

Make a breakfast date with your blender, filling it with fresh kiwi fruit, sweet raspberries and sticky Medjool dates, plus a hearty handful of oats and a creamy glug of dairy free mylk.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 125g raspberries
- 20g oats
- 50g medjool dates
- 330ml dairy free whole mylk

- A few ice cubes
You'll need
- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way
- 1.
Halve the kiwi fruit and scoop out the flesh into your blender. Tip in the raspberries and the oats.

Gently squash the Medjool dates on your chopping board and pull out the stones. Add the dates to the blender.
- 3.
Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz till smooth. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
