Oat You're So Fruity Smoothie

Make a breakfast date with your blender, filling it with fresh kiwi fruit, sweet raspberries and chewy dried apricots, plus a hearty handful of oats and a creamy glug of dairy free mylk.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 125g raspberries
- 20g oats
- 50g dried apricots
- 330ml dairy free whole mylk

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Halve the kiwi fruit and scoop out the flesh into your blender. Tip in the raspberries along with the oats and dried apricots.

Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest of the carton for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz till smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
