Nutty Green Smoothie

It's easy being green, really – take, for example, this mellow smoothie that whizzes a seasonal round courgette and a grassy handful of baby leaf spinach with a rich swirl of peanut butter, a gloss of organic honey and a glug of creamy almond drink. Just blend, pour and sip: simple!

Ingredients you'll need
  • 1 round courgette
  • 50g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250ml almond milk drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Trim the courgette and chop it into rough chunks. Tumble the courgette into your blender.

    Tuck in the baby spinach leaves and spoon in 1 tbsp each peanut butter and honey.

  • 3.

    Pour in the almond drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Whizz, have a taste and add more honey if you prefer. Pour into glasses and serve.
