True Blue Smoothie

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 apples
- 125g blueberries
- 1cm slice of ginger
- 250ml coconut drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
- 1.
Quarter the apples and slice out their cores and seeds. Roughly chop the apples. Tip into your blender with the blueberries and grate in a 1cm-thick slice of the ginger (or add more for an extra gingery hit).

Slosh in 250ml coconut drink. Tumble in a few ice cubes and whizz till smooth.
