Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples
  • A handful of mint, leaves only
  • 250ml strawberry pouring yogurt
From your kitchen
  • 150ml cold water
  • A few ice cubes
Step by step this way
  • 1.

Roughly chop the mini cucumbers and pop the chopped cucumbers in your blender.

  • 2.

Use a small, sharp knife to slice the skin and white pith off the orange, then slice the juicy segments out of the papery membrane. Add the orange segments to the blender and squeeze the membrane over it to squeeze in any juice.

  • 3.

Quarter the apples and slice out the seeds and core. Roughly chop them and add them to the blender. Pick the mint leaves off their sprigs and add them too. Pour in 250ml of the strawberry pouring yogurt (about half the bottle – the other half is for your Merry Berry Smoothie) and add 150ml water and a few ice cubes. Blitz for a few mins till everything is smooth and combined. Pour into 2 glasses to serve.
