Sweet strawberries and creamy oat drink grab a handful of fresh mint and hop in a blender, headed for the tropics with velvety bananas and a zesty zing of lime.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 250g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime
  • A handful of mint, leaves only
  • 20g oats
  • 330ml oat drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes
You'll need
  • Blender
  • Measuring jug
Step by step this way
  • 1.

    Pull the green tops from the strawberries, then tip the strawberries into your blender. Peel and break in the banana.

    Finely grate in the zest from the lime and squeeze in the juice. Pick the mint leaves off the woody stems and add the leaves. Sprinkle in the oats.

    Measure out 330ml of the oat drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week). Add a few ice cubes, then blitz everything together till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
