Feeling fruity? Make a breakfast date with your blender. It’ll be brimming with juicy kiwi fruit, sweet raspberries and chewy dried apricots, plus a nutty handful of oats and a creamy splash of dairy free mylk. (Oh gosh, we’re blushing.)

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 125g raspberries
- 20g oats
- 50g dried apricots
- 330ml dairy free whole mylk

- A few ice cubes
You'll need
- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Halve the kiwi fruit and scoop the flesh into your blender. Tip in the raspberries along with the oats and dried apricots.

Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and whizz till smooth. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
