Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Tip in the blueberries and the cashews.
Pour the chocolate mylk into the blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till creamy and smooth. Pour the smoothie into a couple of glasses and serve.
A nice long soak
If you have time, soak the cashews overnight in a bowl of cold water, then drain them and add them to your smoothie following the recipe. Soaking makes them easier to blend, and may make them easier to digest.
