  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 330ml oat drink

Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Halve the avocado and scoop out the stone. Use a spoon to scoop the flesh out and into the blender. Add 1 tbsp tahini.

    Pour in 330ml oat drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a handful of ice cubes and blitz till smooth. Trickle in a little cold water if needed for a slightly thinner texture. Pour the smoothie into a couple of glasses and serve.

  • Tip

    Ripe for blending
    The avocado in your box will be ripe and ready to use for the next 2-3 days, so if you’re making this recipe right away you can pop it in your fruit bowl. If you’re waiting till later in the week, store the avocado in the fridge to keep it from over-ripening.
