Apple, Oat & Raisin Smoothie

When apples, oats and raisins aren’t teaming up in a crumble or muesli, they’re hopping into your blender with cashews a splash of almond drink to make this sensational smoothie.

Ingredients you'll need
- 3 apples
- 20g oats
- 25g raisins
- 35g cashews
- 330ml ultimate almond drink
From your kitchen
- A few ice cubes

- Blender
- Measuring jug
Step by step this way

Cut the apples into quarters and slice out the cores. Add the apples to your blender. Tip in the oats, raisins and cashews.

Pour in 330ml ultimate almond drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies) and drop in a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth, then pour into 2 glasses and serve.
- Tip
A nice long soak
If you have time, soak the cashews in water overnight. Drain, rinse and add to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Soaking makes them easier to blend and may make them easier to digest.
