Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the apples and add them to your blender. Squeeze the stones out of the Medjool dates and add the dates to the blender. Tuck in the lamb’s lettuce and mint leaves.
Tip in the flax seeds. Pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes and blitz till smooth. Serve straight away.
