  • 400g nectarines
  • 15g hemp seeds
  • 250ml hazelnut drink

    Slice the nectarine flesh off the stones, cutting as close to the stones as possible. Add the nectarine flesh to your blender.

    Tip the hemp seeds into the blender and pour in the hazelnut drink. Add a few ice cubes, then blend till smooth, pour into 2 glasses and serve.
