Ingredients you'll need
- 1 mango
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- 50g baby leaf spinach
- 330ml dairy-free whole mylk
- 25g mixed seeds

Step by step this way

Peel the mango, slice the flesh off the stone and roughly chop it. Pop the mango flesh into your blender. Roughly chop the mint leaves and baby leaf spinach and tuck them into the blender.

Tip in the mixed seeds and pour in 330ml dairy free mylk (save the rest of the carton for this week’s other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.
