Peel the skin off the mango then slice the flesh off the stone. Roughly chop the mango flesh and add it to your blender. Peel and break in the banana. Finely grate in the lime zest and squeeze in the juice from 1 half. Add the mint leaves.
Shake in the sesame seeds (save a pinch for topping) and drop in a few ice cubes. Pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for this week’s other smoothies). Blend till smooth. Pour into cool glasses and serve topped with a pinch of sesame seeds.
