Magic Memphis Peanut Butter Shake

Get all shook up with this thick, rich smoothie that blitzes bananas with fudgy dates, raw cacao nibs and creamy peanut butter to make a drink fit for the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll himself.

Ingredients you'll need
  • 3 bananas
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5g cacao nibs
  • 330ml oat drink
From your kitchen
  • A few ice cubes

  • Measuring jug
Step by step this way

    Peel the bananas and break them into the blender. Use your thumb to squash the dates onto a chopping board and pull out the stones. Roughly chop the dates and add to the blender. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter and most of the raw cacao nibs.

    Pour 330ml oat drink into the blender (save the rest for this week’s other smoothie recipes). Add a handful of ice cubes and blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve, topped with the remaining cacao nibs.
