Ingredients you'll need
- 4 golden kiwis
- 2 bananas
- A thumb of ginger
- A handful of mint
Step by step this way

Halve the kiwis and scoop out the flesh. Peel and chop the bananas. Peel and grate the ginger. Pick the leaves from the mint. Chuck it all into a high speed blender with a cup of water. Blitz till smooth. Add more water to get the consistency you want.
