- 100g kale
- 1 lime
- 2 apples
- A thumb of ginger
- A large handful of mint, leaves only
- 330ml almond milk
- A large cupful of ice
Strip the kale leaves from the woody cores and discard the cores. Peel the lime and discard the peel. Quarter the apples and remove the cores (leave the peel on). Chop into small chunks. Finely chop the ginger. Pick the mint leaves from the stalks.
Tip everything into your blender. Add 330ml almond milk and a cupful of ice. Blend till smooth.
