- A 100g bag of kale
- 2 bananas
- A 200ml tin of coconut milk
Step by step this way

Pull the kale leaves from their woody stalks. Pile the kale leaves into a blender or food processor. Pulse till finely chopped. Add the peeled bananas, coconut milk and 250 ml water. Blend till smooth. Whizz in more water to loosen if needed.
