Ingredients you'll need
  • 4 pears
  • 150g blackberries
  • A handful of mint, leaves only

  • 250ml cold water

    Peel and core the pears. Chop them into small chunks. Throw them into your blender with the blackberries and mint leaves. Pour in 250ml cold water. Blitz till smooth. Trickle in more water if it needs to be a bit thinner. Serve over ice.
