Hazelnut Snowball

A smoothie box spin on the classic cocktail, made with banana and lime for the familiar zingy creaminess, whizzed with sweet pears, a pinch of cinnamon spice and a festive pinch of hazelnuts.

Ingredients you'll need
- 2 bananas
- 2 pears
- 1 lime
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 25g chopped hazelnuts
- 330ml oat drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Quarter the pears and slice out the cores. Roughly chop the pears and add them to the blender.

Squeeze in the juice from half the lime. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Tip in the chopped hazelnuts and pour in 330ml oat drink (keep the rest for your other smoothies). Add a few ice cubes then blend till smooth. Serve in 2 glasses, dusted with an extra pinch of cinnamon.
