Shake-shake-shake your smoothie to the tune of this fruity number featuring juicy kiwi fruit blitzed with zesty orange and soft green spinach, a nutty pinch of sesame seeds and a splash of creamy oat drink.

- 4 kiwi fruit
- 1 orange
- 50g spinach
- 25g sesame seeds
- 330ml oat drink

- A few ice cubes

Step by step this way

Halve the kiwi fruit and scoop the flesh into your blender. Peel the orange, then break the segments into the blender.

Tuck in the spinach and tip in most of the sesame seeds (keep a pinch back for later). Pour in 330ml of the oat drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week). Add a few ice cubes and blitz together to combine. Pour into glasses, sprinkle over the last sesame seeds and serve.
