Ingredients you'll need
- A 50g bag of cashews
- A 50g bag of dates
- 2 bananas
- 3 pears
- ½ tsp mixed spice
Step by step this way

Soak the cashews and dates for 1 hr (or overnight) to soften.
- 2.
Drain the cashews and dates. Add to a blender with the peeled bananas, peeled and chopped pears and ½ tsp mixed spice. Blend till smooth. Trickle in 400ml water till it’s as thin or as thick as you like. Taste. Add more mixed spice if you like.
