Date With A Toffee Apple

A creamy blend of pectin-packed apples, toffee dates and smooth, energising peanut butter, with a dollop of organic yogurt for good measure, makes for a sweet, vitamin and protein-blasted treat to kick-start your morning.

Ingredients you'll need
- 4 apples
- 50g dried, pitted dates
- 2 celery sticks
- 40g peanut butter
- 225g Greek style yogurt
From your kitchen
- A cupful of ice
Step by step this way

Quarter the apples and slice out the cores. Chop the apples into small chunks. Halve the dates. Chop the celery. Place the apples, dates and celery in a blender.

Add the peanut butter and dollop in half the pot of yogurt. Add a cupful of ice and blend till smooth.
