Step by step this way

Peel and break the bananas into your blender. Quarter the pears and slice out the core. Roughly chop them and add to the blender. Tumble in the blueberries.

Sprinkle in the raw cacoa powder and add the tahini. Pour in 330ml brown rice drink (save the rest for your other smoothies this week). Drop in a few ice cubes then blitz till smooth. Serve in cold glasses.
